Steve Gibbs’s work spans recitals, research and multidisciplinary creation. He has developed an all in one 8 string concert guitar with embedded captors that covers Bach lute music, contact noise and odd string fractions. 40 years of performing have taken him to Asia, Europe and the USA. His training includes Western music, Carnatic and Buddhist chant and Korean percussion.
